I would love to just hang around them:)The Adventurerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03129815174861478639noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3723327840869334395.post-5959186286010581432011-08-07T00:40:13.584-06:002011-08-07T00:40:13.584-06:00I love these stories. Thanks for sharing your memories. My arms and legs would be covered in scratches from the bales, I was hot and sweaty, I felt like a wet noodle, but we got to go swimming afterwards to cool down, and swing off the ropes in the old barn. So it wasn't all bad. In fact, it was mostly good!Bless This Messhttp://www.jen-blessthismess.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3723327840869334395.post-4165567469598937392011-08-05T21:42:45.338-06:002011-08-05T21:42:45.338-06:00I couldn't help but think about Calgary Comic ...I couldn't help but think about Calgary Comic and Entertainment Expo when I read that last part. It's not exactly a get together of neighbors, but it brings my family together, and I invariably meet up with a number of friends.

We're all social creatures, and we all have our ways of being social. As you were describing the branding process I kept thinking about those poor mamas and their calves being separated from one another so many times and I'm hoping branding does not hurt them. Can you tell I have no experience with my silly question? :) I think it's great you also shared in some good laughs and memories after a long hard day! What a great story! Thank you for sharing on NOBH! It's always a pleasure to read your posts and escape into your world through your memories!asliceofsmithlifehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01411785385543404159noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3723327840869334395.post-48376780187188509752011-08-05T12:20:57.869-06:002011-08-05T12:20:57.869-06:00Fascinating !
